New cooks struggle to make several dishes at once. Given structured recipes, the kitchen layout and the available equipment, the app interleaves steps across stoves and cookware, which also teaches the habit of multitasking.
I led a team of four. I built hands-free controls that use the phone’s front camera (OpenCV, Java) and worked on the JavaScript front end and the UI/UX. We shipped the app on Android, iOS and Windows Phone with Intel XDK and PhoneGap.
